This study aims to describe the quality of teacher performance at SMA Negeri Cilamaya. Performance analysis using SWOT technique. From activities 1 Cilamaya, it can be concluded that formulation strategic management Cilamaya is in good category. seen results analysis, although shows quadrant II. position signifies a strong organization but faces great challenges. The recommendation given Strategy Diversification, meaning stable condition number severe challenges, so estimated wheels will have difficulty continuing spin if only relies on previous strategy. Therefore, organizations are advised immediately increase their variety tactical strategies.
